RQ16 will provide a comprehensive forum of fundamental and applied research, development, modelling and industrial applications of synthesis, processing, microstructure and properties of rapidly quenched metallic materials, bulk metallic glasses and metastable materials prepared by other methods, especially those by mechanical alloying, powder processing, thin film fabrication and additive manufacturing.

The conference will be hosted at the Auditory Center of the University of Leoben, Franz Josef Strasse 18, 8700 Leoben, Austria.
